IDI’s portfolio holdings remain largely unconsolidated, historically limiting reported staff costs to the holding company, which employed an average of 12 people in 2022. However, following the creation of idiCo and the acquisition of part of Omnes, the Group’s consolidated workforce expanded significantly, reaching 46 employees by year-end 2025. Consolidated staff expenses almost tripled over the period, from €3.9m in 2022 to €11.6m in 2025, reflecting the expansion of the Group’s third-party asset management activities.
